I should have switched to your pillow long ago.

I bought these pillows for my husband. He tried one of mine and liked it so well that I bought him two more. I got my pillow back, so I have two pillows. They are comfortable and supportive.

I love the fact that if u need a full fluffy pillow or a medium fluff pillow it all comes in one

I was skeptical, I’ve had neck pain for dozens of years and clenched my teeth so hard I would wake up with sore gums and headaches. I read the reviews and figured I’d give it a try, if it didn’t work I would just add to my vast pillow collection. After about a week I noticed improvement, six weeks later I sleep so much better, no neck pain, teeth don’t hurt, no tension headaches. This is now my go to pillow, I won’t use any other from now on.

I bought two pillows and they’re very comfortable. I really like the option of one or two inserts. I had a small issue and customer service was helpful and efficient.

When the pillow arrived, it was packed securely and proof against the possibility of being left out in the weather, which was a possibility here. However, it was compressed and rolled in such a way that it fit in our mailbox without a problem. It was purchased for my girlfriend, who has issued from a neck injury suffered nearly 30 years ago. Unfortunately, this pillow did not work for her. Over the course of 2 nights, she tried all 3 configurations, and none of them worked for her. It's okay, we wanted to try it after reading about the Nuzzle pillow, but our hopes were not too high. Rather than return it, I've tried it out. I have believed myself to be a side-sleeper for years, and due to my broad shoulders, I've tended to use a large, over-stuffed pillow, or more often, a pair of pillows in a single pillowcase. My girlfriend has told me that I typically fall asleep on my side, then shift on to my back, which results in me snoring loudly and having sleep apnea episodes because of the thick pillow. She has watched me roll over on to my side just before waking in the morning many times, as well. The thicker pillow by itself has been working well for me, and I have been making a conscious effort to go to sleep on my back since it is more comfortable than my previous pillows. I will say we had some issues with delivery, between what I considered a long wait time for shipment to take place, compounded by an issue with the postal system which saw our pillow getting stuck in a loop through 3 cities covering a distance of 130 miles 3 times before it reached out local post office.

Works well and have ordered a pillow for my spouse

I order 4 pillows on Black Friday. Two came, two did not. I emailed support and they said they were sending me the missing two on December 17th. They still haven’t arrived.

Never received pillows…still waiting since November 30th!

Never received my order. Made calls and exchanged texts with "Geraldine" . still waiting for another lame excuse like "we wrote a pickup tkt for FedEx to pick up but that they failed to do so". Even got email from owner congratulating me on my purchase; finally, I receive this satisfaction survey and shortly therefter, an email from "Geraldine saying blah blah nada! Excellent customer Disservice!!

While the pillow is “just ok” delivery was a nightmare! Took over 3 weeks to get my order after i rec’d a fake fedex number from the company. Said it was shipped, but clearly wasnt. Cant talk to anyone in customer service, after 4 emails, finally got a response.

Amazing pillow. Definitely relieves the tension in my neck that I was feeling with my old pillow.

It’s been a month and I still haven’t received the package. Customer service continues saying to wait but there’s no update on when it’s going to arrive.

I used to wake up with a headache nearly every morning from my other pillows. I have not awaken with one headache in the last three weeks! Life changing!!

This pillow is nothing like the first Nuzzle Pillow I received a couple of years ago. After unwrapping it and putting it in the dryer as stated on the instructions, both pillow inserts ballooned up. I couldn't place both in the zipper pillow case without pressing down on it to zip it up. The pillow case is also not smooth. After waiting almost a month to receive this pillow, I regret buying it.

Both together is too much. One is too thin and the other too thick. It does do as advertised. I just wish there was a little more stuffing in the thinner pillow.

I had ordered a Nuzzle pillow about 3 or 4 years ago and loved it. I just ordered this new one and they changed it to more of a fluff pillow. The older Nizzle is more firm but still very soft. Big difference and I will not buy this product again. New Nuzzle about the same as Grampillow.

My order was 3 weeks late, I ordered and paid for 2 pillows and only received one pillow. I called and complained and still don’t have my second pillow. Your company has the worst Customer Service of any company that I have ever encountered.

I already did this once. I thought this pillow would help relieve my neck pain, but it did not. I purchased three pillows - one for each location I visit and stay for a month or so. I've used this pillow now for over a month.

pillow is way too bulky for my nech pillow causes my hands to burn and sting Sorry

I bought three of these pillows for the three locations I spend time. I've been sleeping on them for the last 4 weeks and I still wake with neck pain. ☹️

For 28 yrs I have gone through neck fusion, nerve blocking, ablation, electrical stimulation etc without any real success to curb the pain i suffered. Night after night I would be up with a crippling headache and severe pain. The day I received my Nuzzle, I followed the instructions and tried it as it came. Neck pain came back. 2nd night i removed the smaller insert and slept for 7 hrs without waking. I was amazed! I have not suffered night neck pain or headaches since using your pillow. You have my sincere gratitude. Thank you!

The two pillows was too much. Switched to the larger pillow by itself, but still had neck problems. Tried the thinner pillow and it did not have enough support. Still having neck issues, would not buy this product again.

I bought myself a Nuzzle pillow to see if it would help my neck and shoulder pain - it did!!! So I bought one for my daughter and she swears that she is sleeping better than ever. So I bought one for my husband, who is getting the best night's sleep he's had in years. So I bought one for my son and one for my daughter-in-law as Christmas presents. So far everyone is thanking me for improving their sleep and eliminating their head, neck and back pain. Thank you for creating such a wonderful product.

Purchased these pillows due to neck pain. So far I have noticed less neck pain in the AM but only have the one large section of pillow in use; I found it too high with both sections.

I love the way my neck and shoulders feel in the morning. No more tightness.

I am having a neck issue. Tried several pillows unfortunately it did not help. Can't honestly evaluate the pillow.

Just couldn’t get comfortable it felt like there was a piece of hard cardboard inside that I just couldn’t get covered with the outer layer to feel comfortable.

Great pillow

The pillow for my daughter caused more headaches because of the height. Way too high & too sinky. Then my husband tried it & he said also that it was too high & sinky- like he was suffocating. But the pillow was well made & nice looking. Very disappointed- I really thought that it would help my daughter to have less headaches.

Really third rate customer service, completely unethical sales practices. Paid for 4 pillows and only got two. The two that did come gave me a rash. Haven’t been able to speak to a real person to get my money back. Keep getting emails that say thank you for your patience without offering me to speak to a live person. Filed a better business report that was unanswered.

The best orthopedic pillow I have tried. I sleep on my side and end up on my back. With sleep apnea, TMJD, and cervicalgia my sleep has improved a lot since I got the nuzzle pillow.

For months, I had been waking up with severe neck pain that extended into my shoulder. After two nights sleeping with the nuzzle pillow the pain diminished, after a week it was gone.

The small pillow works best for me

I did not feel anything special about the pillows. The smaller flat, very minimal so called pillowcis useless unless added to the other. I emailed your sypport info which never responded which I actually wanted a return info.. You only emailed me for a review.

I love-love my new nuzzle. I took out one of the inserts which made it the perfect thickness. Great pillow...not so great price.

I like the look and feel of the pillow. Unfortunately, I'm still waking up with neck pain and headaches. So, needless to say, I'm very disappointed that it didn't help with my pain. However, it's a nice pillow and I don't regret buying it.

After a few days it gave me a terrible migraine! Removed the inner pillow and it seems to be doing well!

Worth every penny! The best pillow I have ever owned

Very soft and the two pillows inside the pillow is weird. I don't see that there is anything special about these pillows and they were very expensive and give no support.

It was too thick with both layers for me and not ferm enough with ony one being i have a bad disc in my neck, therefor it sucks if i still had my receit would send it back.

The nuzzle pillow was recommended by my chiropractor as he too has neck issues. I ordered 2 for us. After just 5 days I have less movement during the night and my neck pain is 1 out of 5 - 1 being very little pain. Now after a month, I wake up with absolutely no neck pain and my sleep is more restful. Thank you for developing the Nuzzle pillow. My husband is sleeping much better too!

I have been using this pillow for about two weeks now and it has helped. I have very little stiffness in my neck and most of the pain is gone. Now I am sleeping through the night most of the time. Glad I made the investment.

I am a chiropractor -- been in practice over 50 years. I am always on a hunt for great products. I look for those that help me and share them with my patients. This is my second one. The first was wearing out. Just as good, but came assembled this time. Too bad its not on Amazon anymore

I love this pillow. It actually works, unlike the 3 other pillows I tried that said they would work, but didn't.

I have tried all kinds of pillows. Nothing I have tried does the job including yours. I tried all the combinations. Best so far is My Pillow. I had really hoped it would help my sleep. Next effort is CBD Gummies.

They are not as comfortable as advertised and the pillow slip is not big enough for the pillow. My husband and I are in our 80,s so all the pictures and videos we know nothing about.

I am not a fan of that pillow. Wasted my money. My neck has not improved.
